I heard by itself its crap, but mixed with weed you get quite a trip. Is that true? If so I'm buying some.

Never mixed it with weed. I only heard about it a month ago from the Spike Feresten show so I went online and bought some after some research.

All it does it take you to lala land without making you "dumb" like weed does... and it doesn't last a long time like weed either.

I got a hold of the weakest stuff.. the 05x (it goes all the way up to 40x) and its plenty potent. I don't really see the appeal in it, you start halleucinating just moments after you take it and then things can get pretty damn weird. What happens to me is I feel like laying down and seeing things... "feeling" like I'm places that I'm not in... experiences that, to me, are INDISTINGUISHABLE from having been there.

I mean I KNOW it was all an hallucination but it was so clear and tangible it's a real creep out.

Some of the local smoke shops sell it. Good if you want to have 'visions' and shit but not worth it if you want to cop out for several hours like on weed.

I probably won't finish this wee baggie I bought.

Also from a personal standpoint, I like the relaxation that a small hit of weed gives you, but I HATE being 'checked out' for hours. Waste of time.

Hmmm, I might have to get some, I really want to hallucinate at least once in my life. I was going to try 'shrooms but the idea of picking the wrong ones kinda scared me.

Plus, with weed the "monging" feeling is getting quite boring, so this seems a better alternative...

What's interesting is that I guess the native term for it is 'Seer's Sage' and no small wonder why. You definitely SEE things. I'm far from 'advocating' the stuff to you or anybody but the experience is unique.

Ditto. I used to do that with friends and it felt like a big waste of time since it got really old fast.... the 'novelty' wore off. I think its fantastic in tiny amounts.

A friend of mine who is a registered nurse spoke highly of it, he said they used it for not just patients that were in pain, but patients that had no appetite and would reject any food they were given. Give them some pot and suddenly they'd eat.

KIDS, SAY NO TO DRUGS.

I love The Munchees!!

Yerh defiantly in small amounts, but I feel the next day, I have wasted alot of money on just getting "Monged" and buying too much takeaway. Its even worse when you get crap grade.

Were definatly on the same level there.

About Salvia, my mate once smoked it with weed and saw milk bottles dancing around in some woods... to be honest I would like to see that xD

I can't even find it anymore. All the connects I had have been arrested I think. Just as well... haven't had any in nearly a year now. Not a necessity, just fun.

The Munchees, jesus christ. I'll go through a box of cereal, a couple bags of chips, and a gallon of milk. WHERE DOES IT ALL GO?

You don't half feel like shit in the morning though.

But come on, the best bit about weed is the laughing fits, oh my god. The worst part about is you can't stop, no matter how hard you try.

I don't know if you smoke cigarettes, but if you do, do you smoke when your high or not? I personally don't like them but everyone else seems to :S

Well, 'big on hallucinations' is not something I'd say I am. I just try the stuff to try it, after researching the effects and side effects of it in depth. The stuff we're talking about is one thing, but the harsh drugs are something quite in a class of their own and never something I'd entertain trying. Painfully crippling, addicting stuff. Life ruining stuff.

Besides, my life's not so bad where I feel I need to hallucinate out of it. I love my life

Didn't even cross my mind.

Josh, no I don't smoke cigarettes, but I do smoke Korean Kratom leaf. It's much more mellow than tobacco, tastes great and is relaxing and without the bad odor. In fact, I like it more than the weed because too much won't put you out of service... it just smells and tastes pleasant.

I guess it would me more like smoking tea leaves than tobacco.

I could probably tell some stories of stuff that sounds like it shoulda been drug-induced but really wasn't.

LSD is definitely in the no thanks list for me. Stories are entertaining though.

Oh, tell me about it. Some of it's chuffing hilarious, but some of it's actually pretty disturbing. I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but I'll try and get another story out to share soon.

Well, using sense is advisable no matter what you're doing. I'm generally not afraid to try things, but when it comes to "drugs" I did quite a bit of sleuthing to figure out what I was getting into before I tried them.

The only main drawback I could find was an argument that weed was mildly addictive, but after further checking it seemed to be more of a psychological thing. Is it an escape?

OOOH, DRUGS=BAD!

No... ANYTHING is bad in large amounts when it is abused. Cigarettes... water.... off-the-shelf pain killers....

So, Got any weed?

I doubt salvia is saving money eather

My mum used to eat 'shrooms when we lived in our old flat. Apparently a packet of prawn cocktail crisps was chasing her mate down the stairs.

If a pig saw me with a bag of weed all he would do is take it off me... well if it was less than half an ounce.

Lol smoke shrooms, actually, I think you can. You generally consume shrooms, in a stew, a tea, or a pizza.

OOOH, DRUGS=BAD!
There was a lot of back and forth in my Drugs & Society textbook about how "bad" weed is although the overall opinion was that it wasn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be. Its a very vilified substance and its really a damn shame that the stigma makes it illegal to sell even medicinally (in general, its not seen as a medicinal drug, which is why carrying it can get you a worse penalty than carrying cocaine), since as you mentioned earlier it really does help people.

Marijuana is considered (on an apparently arbitrary scale) to be about as addictive as caffeine. However, I don't believe marijuana has withdrawal like caffeine does (however, I've never smoked weed so I wouldn't know from experience), which would seem to make it less addictive. But withdrawal is actually a rather minor factor in whether or not someone quits a drug.

I doubt I'll be using this information much in life so I figured I'd put it to use in a topical discussion

Salvia is fun for about 10 minutes, lol. A pussy's shrooms.

gange + salvia is kinda a pointless mix, unless you have particularly potent salvia in my experience.
