Several people nominated Awards and Ponies. It really starts kicking off from about this post.

The context, for future generations, was that Sekto changed his avatar to an MLP character. One by one, almost all the active members changed their avatars to ponies - whether real, fan-art, or Oddworld mashups. Then shit got ~~real~~ wierd.
