Well physical box gaming won't help that either.
Stupid people are gonna be stupid, you can't stop that.
Also, incoming massive post.

Perhaps this belongs in Oddworld's Q&A (and if it is, feel free to merge) but on the other hand it can promote some discussion.
While studying Rupture Farms very carefully to build a representation of it in Minecraft and also while looking for stuff to talk about during my Let's Play, there is one thing I did notice which begs the following question:
Just why DOES Rupture Farm resemble an oil refinery and not a meat processing plant?
To quote the long-arse list of stuff I noticed during the LP:
I mean, check it the pictures below - It also explains why oil refineries always reminded me of Rupture Farms since I played AO. I know they're the epitome of industrial architecture but thinking about it now, it kind of bugs the over-critical part of my personality 'cause of just how impractical it looks as a meat plant. :P
On the other hand, the whole Oil Refinery motif really does the job well to make RF look oppressive, alien and cold compared to the native environments in the game - Or even any of the industrial areas featured later in Abe's Exoddus.

I really really want to see something along the grandiose scale that was given to us in the opening cutscene of AO. When you study the images from the very first few seconds you see this massive, absolutely gargantuan factory setting, with buildings off so very far in the distance, little buildings scattered every which way, and a giant line to bring things in. I'd just love to see more of this, even if it had to come in the form of a fan remake. I'd love to see a place like this with maybe 600, 700, or even a thousand mudokons to save, and the story being progressively told through the game play with very very few or no cut scenes at all Ala
Portal 2 and Half Life 1&2, etc.
Perhaps as you make your way through the last of the zulags, etc. the batallion of sligs start to thin out and the management has no control any more, and wild animals start escaping, mixing in and fighting with the slogs and sloggies, perhaps the last zulag could just be one big countdown/chase scene with Mullock giving the gas orders and then eventually just offing himself as he knows what's going to happen because he hasn't been able to stop Abe.
