I'm not really asking for a signature, I need some signature help. Every time I try and upload my sig, I upload it (I tried 2 different sites), but every time I try and display it here, it shows up as a URL, not an image.
It's the proper size.
'Tis frustrating.

Ok, go to your control panel, and go to edit sig. Then click on browse below the box where you can type in stuff or whatever.

Find the signature image, and double-click it. Then click save signature. Go back to edit sig if it took you back to your control panel, and it should show you a preview of your sig. Click insert next to the image. It'll put boxes saying SIGPIC in them. Click save signature again, and your image is in it. Ta-da.

I don't see any "inserts" though
It just shows me my sig and the box next to it saying "delete &c"

Goddamn all these complications...back in the day, we could use [IMG] codes.

You upload your picture, or its url, into the signature image control panel in the sig editor. It then shows the picture beneath the text box, where it automatically puts [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC], which becomes the picture.

It does mean that it can automatically reject images that break the size rules.

Well, I was thinking a really simple sig of a picture of a paramite rock drawing with a neat fade-to-black effect around the outer edge. Unfortunately, I can't find a decent picture of that, and the videos on my laptop are all messed up, so I don't know how they'll turn out...

I've been searching through a few and can't come up with much, but I suggest blues and purples so that you can stick with the theme. I want mostly pictures of something natural (Moons, seas, lightning)

No problemo. I'll upload your sig in photobucket in a few minutes.

I think the only problem is that the name blends to hard in the darkness.

I was wondering if you could make the smoke connect to the pipe almost and stretch the letters out so it takes up more room. And also make the slurgs almost encircled him why the follow him. And I like the stuff on the right but could you get rid of the effects to the right of the smoke? Please dont think I'm rude because I really do love this picture

Agh Crap!! I just realized I totally bitched it up. For Some reason I wasn't paying very much attention when I was reading your qualifications and made the Greeter face left. Silly me.
Well to tell you the truth that wasn't supposed to be smoke, it actually was intended to be a splotch of light, but for some strange reason I forgot to increase the contrast after desaturating the lens flare and liquifying it. I guess I could make it look more like smoke if you want to

I don't get the last part of the paragraph though. You mean the metal wall, the lines across it, the black blotches or all of it?
