I really don't think people understand. It is a criminal offense to knowingly disseminate sexually explicit material to minors; including pictures and written descriptions, this also includes internet bulletin boards. Because Oddworld Forums are hosted on my server, that holds me responsible. My opinions are irrelevent, we're talking about the law. Our options are:

a) Stop posting explicit descriptions of sex.
b) Continue posting sexually explicit material and be banned.
c) Oddworld Forums becomes a site closed to minors, only being accessible by those over 18.

Some people seem to think that I'm violating their God-given rights to talk about sex, but this is the law. On my server, you will obey the Administrator's requests, those being Abe Babe and I. It's a really simple thing to ask and should be simply followed.

Personally i dont see why we should discriminate the minors cos of their age. If you were to do a little poll that was for the under 12'z only and asked the what they knew about sex...they would tell u in high detail. Oryon, as I said, we're talking about the law, not personal opinions. The issue here isn't whether or not people under 18 know about sex, but that it's illegal for me to knowingly allow sexually explicit discussions to take place on my server. And yes, those under the age of 18 are legally considered to be minors.

Please don't suggest that I am the pervert who took your "spit or swallow" remarks the wrong way. You masked them as "serious questions" attempting to "let peeps get to kn0 you better." What kind of curiosity could these kind of questions possibly satisfy other than sexually oriented curiosity? The very nature of the questions are sexual, so your efforts to make me look like a pervert are absurd.

If it appears that I'm power-tripping, let me assure you that I'm not. If you would just abide by the rules you agreed to when signing up, there would be no need for me to say anything to you. Telling me to go elsewhere with my (what were initially) polite requests is worthy of a banning, but be thankful that I am patient.

Having the Oddworld forums closed to minors is a very bad thing...as 90%(if not more) of the currect members are minors(under 18). You want to talk about things like that? Fine, just do it on a board that allows it.
