If you can prove that, you can get away with it. My advice would be to remove the aerials, should you come under scrutiny. Which you may not.
In my first year at uni, I had a black and white TV for some reason. I never actually used it, but if I did, the license fee would have been quite a bit less, but I imagine if I actually tried paying it, that would have drawn sufficient attention for someone to come along and check.
TV license rules for dorms are weird. You only need one license if the TV is in a communal area, but each person needs an individual license if they have one in their rooms. However, this does not apply to student houses, where the rules are normal and sane.
