Oh, good grief. The sad fact of the matter is that you
do need babysitting. As you said earlier in the thread, without mods ready to give you a boot up the arse, you'd rant much longer and look much worse. I'm not saying you're incapable of controlling yourself, but it's often easier for you to rely on other people here to keep you somewhere resembling civility.
Maybe you don't give a shit about what happens to you, but, as WoF has said, and I make a habit of reminding you when you start getting worked up,
other people do; And we've seen enough to know that you feel some level of comaraderie towards us. Remember when you left? Remember how everyone wept digital tears and typed out their hearts? Do you think that we, then, were not taking into account the inevitability of this sort of thing occurring? And yet we missed you anyway, because we've also seen what you act like after the storm is over. It's not a nice thing to see, a friend frustrated and miserable, but it showed us that you
were human and you
do care, to whatever small degree.
So you see, it is
not your problem. It ceased to be your problem when we accepted it as ours; When we accepted you as our friend. When we accepted the common human responsibility to help you refrain from doing things that
you have said yourself you will regret.
Also, this may be a rather flimsy attack, but you're upsetting me. So there's that. Pathetic as it sounds... I thought we were friends. Even if rational argument has failed to persuade you, it would be decent of you if you could just stop.
