edit: All of these messages can appear backwards or forwards, in plaintext or in Caesar cipher. The cipher is always +13.

Can confirm that it randomly replies with the text either being:

- Normal
- Reversed
- Caesar Cipher
- Caesar Cipher Reversed

Also sometimes even if you put something that matches in, it spits out the "I CANT HEAR YOU" error or what ever.
