Not necessarily, there are millions of gay people, why should that one think his sexuality is so superior to everybody else's when there are so many other fags?

Being proud of who you are is nothing to do with how many of you there are. It's about being confortable with yourself, with your mind and your body, and not being ashamed.

my class agree's with me so statistics are on my side.

Oh, don't start that again... I've already explained that Statistics composed of Facts
can be used to back up arguments, but Statistics composed of Opinions
can't.

i gurantee there will never be a homo in my family (Well atleast none of my offspring).

What will you do if one of them is gay? I can just picture you repressing their sexuality all their lives, causing untold mental problems. When they go insane and start killing people, and have to be sent to a psychiatric hospital, you'll shrug your shoulders and say "Ah well, at least he's not Gay!"...

Also, he's not allowed in the boys' room? Where is he expected to go, inside the women's bathroom? really, what does he do when he needs to go to the bathroom? Go inside a bush?

Umm... I hate to point this out, but girl's changing rooms have toilets too... Are you somehow under the impression that boys are only capable of pissing into urinals or something?

I know I have said this before, but it bears repeating: If you are gay and believe your homosexuality is genetic, its nothing to be proud of! Come on, whats the deal with Gay Pride week/day/month/leap year etc? It is like Oktoberfest but the driving force behind it is queer sex instead of German lager. Why are you so proud?
|
Why shouldn't someone be proud of something just because they had no choice about it? You don't have a choice of what country you're born in, but you still get Patriots (who are, I admit, mostly nutcases, and so probably a bad example. Gay Pride is about showing that homosexuality is nothing to be ashamed of. It's about rejecting centuries of oppression and showing that they can live a normal life like anyone else...

I relize that not all gay guys are like this, but all of the posturing and public desplays are really freakin' some people out. They are ruining the images of other gay people . A few bad apples can spoil the bunch, thats how stereotypes are created. Don't ask, don't tell.

That's what I keep telling Chris, but will he listen?
