Chris, you are trying to link a picture from your hard disk drive ( file:///C:/My Documents/My Webs/new_pa6.jpg).
You can't do that. The picture needs to be in a webspace.
This picture, for instance, is in Oddworldian site:

See? you need to put your photo in a web site. Or you could ask someone who has a web site to do that for you.
