Duck, oh I love Duck, expecially with the right sauce, honey soy I believe, followed closley by chicken, expecially stay and tandoori, BBQ and mexican is nice aswell, oh and there's pourtugese and charcoal, and the good old fanshioned roast *drools*
Oh, and a medium rare steak with creamy mushroom or some other sauce I can't remember, maybe desunai or something like that is awesome...
Then there's roast lamb, done with rosmerry, crispy bacon, and I'm not usually a fan of pork, but roast pork with crspy crackling is supurb.
