Incorrect! Seme and Uke roughly translate to pitcher and catcher respectively (think Baseball). They refer to topping and bottoming, with Seme = top/pitcher, and Uke = bottom/catcher.

Nothing to do with the BDSM sub-culture of Dominant or Submissive.
