These are concept arts for the Oddworld feature film, as has been stated, meaning it wouldn't be a bonus. I doubt they'd do concept art this complex and get us hyped like this just for some bonus movie (there's nothing in particular for them to advertise right now anyway, and that was the original purpose of the Guardian Angel FMV). We know that OWI's original plan was to make films in the first place, so...yeah. Proper film. 'nuff said.

Actually, I think the best way of releasing a multi‐million dollar CGI feature film is as a video game easter egg.

*grins* It would be a great opportunity for the fans that missed the AE short film, and didn't know about the stranger pre-order bonus. That was the closest they got to a movie.

I wonder who'll be the voice actors. Would Lorne Lanning do all the characters he voiced

Hmm, since it is on abe's story it isn't just going over the games. I realy hope this comes out right, cause it risks with doing a story from a videogame, and trying not to just recreate the games, aswell trying to keep some of the rememorable elements, and make it new and of course entertaining, I realy hope it comes out right, but I think it will, I mean, they always have citizen seige as their first CG film, so by their second they must have more experiance.
I think a short movie maybe on the CS DVD or at the end of the credits would be cool, as kinda of an add for the coming oddworld movie, but not the actually movie it'self being short, besides, an oddworld story just can't fit into something that short.

Whether or not he does any, I doubt they'll hire any voice actors who can't do the same voices we know and love with the standard audio tweaking.

you know what I just realized would be really cool?

If they put the names of all the OWF members in the credits or something.

Or like, a list is shown of people and its all of us.

god I hope they do that, it would truly show their appreciation for the fans.

Probably not all the members. Maybe the important ones that made a difference like AbeBabe and Sydney (I forgot how to spell it.), and maybe a few other members who made big contributions, but definately not all the members. It would be very generous if they did though, because unless they fastforward through it, it would take at least a halfhour to show ALL the names. Plus, that list is constantly growing.

"Thanks to all the fans we couldn't name"

Problem solved.

I'd say fans that had been regularly posting for roughly the entirety of production.

Gluckon! Thats a Gluckon!!! Gluckon! Gluckon? Gluckon??? Is that a Gluckon? I think thats a Gluckon! Gluckon Gluckon Gluckon...

OK I got over my Nerdgasm there. So OWI is working on two movies? yay Raymond Swanland is what I want to become when I am older and work in video games....Gluckon! Gluc..*cough* sorry

Yay Lorne Lives! Everyone hail our Savior of video games. I hope that the Abe movie sorta gives an easter egg hint to CS, cause thats always fun. Or does something like breaking the Fourth wall, like saying "This is not a game" and the characters look at the screen towards the person playing the game.

Also I didnt have a chance to buy AE when i was like 8 or 9 years old when it was released and I don't know if at the end of the game there was a hint to MO, and I hope they do a cliffhanger like that for the Abe movie, like abe is dreaming and wakes up from a nightmare of seeing the gabbit race being wiped out and then farts and falls back to sleep lol.

Why not? Most movies have cliffhangers these days, if not small ones, to lead up to a sequal of course.
However, I prefer movies without this, as it makes them seem more complete, but the AE ending was handled quite well, well, as far as I've seen, since I haven't actually played the game yet.

I agree with Mudling there, I remember completing AE after saving all 300 and when abe still said "But we knew there had to be more of us out there" it really ticked me off!

Im hoping for just 1 Oddworld film I don't wanna raise my hopes too high.......

But a guy can dream can't he?.........

I reckon character development is as important as the plot. Even if it is a possible adaptation of AO they should stick a cameo of the best 3 glukkon's in all of Mudos!, General Dripik, V.P ASlik and Director Phleg!

...and Molluck.

Character development is one of the most important things...Abe may need to be done a bit more indepth, as off course this is for a full length movie, not just a few game cutscenes by comparison.
