Dammit! The page won't load for some reason, could you post a mirror link, perhaps?

Haha, I love it! Coming along very nicely. It would be nice to add level numbers perhaps.

I do actually organise the levels into numbers and annexes. It's just that until I get the save/level select feature completed there's not much use just having a number there.

You know that GameMaker has a built-in save/load feature...

Yes I do know that, but that isn't the kind of save feature I'm wanting. That feature allows you to save anywhere, and at any point. Hence why in my previous post i said save/level select feature. I do the things I do for a reason y'know?
I've scrapped enough projects to know what's good for the one project I'm most likely to complete.

I got fucked over by those motion-sensors 50+ times so I rage-quitted, also, why does the jump key not work when you're on the edge of a platform? I'd go back and get a screenshot of the level that pissed me off the most because of that problem but I can't be bothered to go through the motion-sensors again.

that was the worst part for me too, especially that block that made you fail the jump.

It's fine, get it done when you can. No rush.

Unless you're trying to jump when you're already falling then the jump key should work fine. The action of jumping is affected by nothing else other than the key pressed. And you guys asked for harder levels.

You're better off having one game room and an object that loads other objects into it, preferably from a file. That's just about the only way rational to have an external level editor and it's much easier to work with. It will take a bit of time to implement, but trust me, it's worth it. All of the GM wizards I know use systems more like that.

I have been trying for some time to implement a level editor. But unfortunately I just don't know how. I have however been reading up on alot of tutorials on various ways to do it, so the chance of a level editor is still there.

Great work, love the puzzles. It's nice to see someone is using my sprites. (Walls).

Good God I was a shithead back then, cringing at the sight of each one of my posts in that vile thread.

Probably because they're sprites I made, and that I used in some of my older unfinished fan games.
Edit: There will almost definitely be a level editor...in the sequel...
Edit:Edit: Crap, Didn't realise you made those, I just found the walls in an old game when i was clearing out my folders and assumed I'd made them. I'll take them out if you want.

No, no, it's great someone's using them, I like to see stuff shared like this.

I'm really looking forward for the future of this, it's quite the addictive game.

Sorry for the double post, thanks for all the feedback guys, updates like these wouldn't exist without it! This one's just couple bug fixes of the previous version.

Slig Suicide 0.2_2 Public Release
* Fixed problem with music restarting itself
* Bug fixes with some of the previous levels
At STM's personal request, the music will no longer restart itself everytime you move on to a new room - which got quite annoying when you speed through the first few puzzles.
I have also removed the block which was causing so many people problems when trying to jump. It's now easier to jump at that part.

Why is that slam door thing there as well? It completely confused me until I released you could walk through it. If it's part of the background, you need to make it more obvious.

I thought it was obvious due to the fact the actual slamdoors are thick, have a different sprite, and are non-walk-through-able.

might have something to do with my internet browser (or the website tricked me into clicking the wrong link :P p.s. I'm using google chrome)

I'm not sure if I'm going to be downloading the latest one or not...

I may wait until the next,
