The Dragon design is cool but its not appropriate for a western style game.

But
Stranger isn't exactly a Western-style game, it just uses that kind of theme during the opening few levels, and uses that setting to create familiar-sounding situations (e.g. the Clakkerz, the Industrialists and the Natives playing the parts of the New World townsfolk, outlaws and Native Americans). Beyond that there's a whole world of non-Western environments, themes, concepts and sub-texts.
Plus I'm still not sure I agree with “wrath“ describing Stranger. “Wrath“ implies being generally mindlessly vengeful and violent, and then where would be the character depth and personality we know Oddworld to have be? The only other two productions I know of that use the word are
The Wrath of Khan and
The Wrath of Cortex, and in both instances that's exactly what they're doing - being mind-blowingly vengeful and obsessed with destroying their enemy. I should hope Stranger himself has valid reasons for tackling the Industrialists which explore his persona and true nature. I trust OWI entirely to have created just such a character, which is why the name doesn't appeal to me.
