Thanks! Now Im going to be routing a category i came up with a while back. 50%. Beat the game rescuing just enough mudokons for the good ending. Itll open up alot of options for different runners, since 150/299 lets u be selective of which ones YOU think is fastest. Itll be harder to route, but it should only be about 1 1/2 hours I reckon.
With all the options it will indeed be a very tough challenge to find the best route, let alone to execute it.

With all the options it will indeed be a very tough challenge to find the best route, let alone to execute it.
100% was too much for some people. Im the only one who runs it. Some people run the levels individually 100%, but not the whole game. This will hopefully bring the fun of routing 100%, alongside a more digestible length like any%.

Actually, I might give 100% one more bash. Ive just figured out how to not get the glitch that ends my runs, and not having a run with that glitch constantly taunting me would be great.

OMG GUYS!

Im SO glad I decided to do one final 100% run to celebrate me getting sub 2. It was just a chill run, I didnt care what time I got. And I end up getting my best run ever, nailed all tricks. First try long jump. Got a 1:55:14. Thats 1:38 in game time. Wouldve been a 1:37 but I got a weird boardroom bug.

Wow. a month ago New n Tasty was a pretty glitchless run. Now were walking through electric gates. Its crazy what you can find with a community rather than just 2 runners.

Smarty found a way make it so abe is alive but the game thinks hes dead. We call it the undead glitch (or at least I call it that). Ive replicated it on console. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Yf99M9uajk

Different category. That PB is WR for any% whereas sams category is glitched any%. Of course being able to teleport will provide a faster time.

Np. Dunno why it wouldve mattered anyway. If it wasnt the best time who cares, I got an improvement over my original time. Speedrunning is a competition, but it doesnt mean winnings all thats involved.

Its a skip we use to stop elum from going for the honey. By lowering the platform quick enough itll reset his pathing and he'll just ignore it. I was trying to figure out why sometimes it seemed impossible to lower it in time, but its because elum didnt have to turn around first.

Also this: I wanted to see which start in Para temple is faster.

I used to do that in AO. He'd walk off the platform and land inside the wall on the bottom, softblocking the game.
