You're kidding me. That film was all action scenes, not enough mystery. And that scene with the main characters running away from the baddies shooting at them went on fooooorever.
It's like they took the few really good, short moments from the first Sherlock Holmes movie and decided to stretch them out to an entire film. I'm not saying that it was bad, just that it turned in to a generic Victorian-era action film, rather than Sherlock Fucking Holmes. There wasn't even much of a mystery, given that we knew who the bad guy was from the beginning and what he was doing from not that much later. Only the last ten minutes made the entire film worthwhile.
