And when I finally got to work today, I ate my Subway sandwich, and I drank my Coca-Cola Classic, and then I ate my Sunchips and I thought about the weekend when I'd fill up my Ford van with Mobil brand gas and drive to the Clear Channel venue and I'd drink myself a Budweiser and play my Fender guitar through my Fender amplifier and tell the kids with a straight face through a Shure microphone and JBL speakers that corporate rock is for suckers.
I was skeptical at first, but I'm starting to think the newest Modest Mouse album could really be worth the wait. This is one of the best songs I've heard from them since The Moon and Antarctica. And that's a damn long time.
CDQ? Does Kanye's next album have a working title or something?
Regardless though, I'm awaiting it with eager anticipation.. Yeezus was fucking gold, and that track's straight fire. Say what you want about Kanye, the dude knows how to craft some quality hip-hop.

I just realised Peasantry, from the new GY!BE LP is the same damn song I heard at their concert back in November 2013. This made my dick so fucking hard.
Yeah. The track formerly known as Behemoth. They've actually been playing it live for years now. Cool to finally hear a studio version, but I dunno if the album can live up to the massive hype.
Good song, though. It's so sludgy compared to their other shit.
It is. I think it's my favourite song because it's just so...fucking...it's like the musical equivalent of wading through mud and rain. But it's beautiful.
