Well, they are upper class. And altough tis doesn't mean that they are the government, they may pay the glukkons and 0.2s to run everything for them. Sorta like the puppet government Rettick was talking about, but backwards.

Having thought about it, I don't think there would be a Police Force in Mudos. More likely there are lots of Private Detectives. After all, nobody gets anything else free, why should they get Justice free?

As far as I know, the Khanzumers are just a group of people, a class. (duh) As for what species they are, I don't think that has been specified, unless I am mistaken.

Kintos are another race of creatures. I don't have a picture of them, but I'll find one. They are slaves for the Glukkons, and last I heard, where a mountainous race. they look veryy ODD, which all for the better.

I am almost certain that the Khanzumerz have been specified as a separate species. Even if they hadn't, having them as a different class of another species just wouldn't be OWI's style, anyway...
