Just as a suggestion, but there seems to be multiple good choices for both OWH and OWRPG. Why not have a group of people be sort of in charge of those? Not necessarily with mod access, taht would be too much, but custom titles identifying them? Such as OWH regognized Member or something... that would make more since.

I mean, it'd be a shame to see Oddguy lose even though he seems great, or Alphascrab lose even though he really wants to be and can perfectly fill it. Same with RPG... I mean, The Red Muse and Dripik are both completely able to, no?

How about the member that gets second place, is recognised with a custom title, but without Moderating powers? But the person who is voted in, will still as per usual get the Moderator-Ship.

That would apply only to OWH and OWRPG, however. It's only a suggestion based upon Majic's though.

Also certainly if members who miss out on the mod position are willing to work with the person who is a mod to share ideas and help organize, etc ... then we are certainly for it. It's your forum too ... so any input into running something or helping other members is always welcome. Unfortunately there are only limited moderator positions available, so a custom title or maybe something else (if we can find something else), can be awarded to members how are helpful here.

Well I look forward to the upcoming elections and having a new assistant to help me with the fan corner contests, thats the only real problem right now. Most of the time Spam is at a low, and I can handle the little problems, and other duties quite well. But add on trying to get ideas off the ground by yourself, thats a bit harder.

Also, if people are interested and I know Khanz allready gave me a little notice, if people would like to help with adding ideas, and other things and suggestions, kind of like board members. Plus I might I need judges for when the contests start. Make sure to pm me before or after the elections. Prefarably before, but afterwards is good too, because then the assistant mod for FC will be chosen, and we can get cracking on the new ideas.

I look forward to working with my assitants!
