That's being a bit harsh. I don't know quite what went on last night (since you refuse to tell me), but Sydney has hardly been a dictator. Pinky's still here. Statikk's still here, Surfacing's still here. You'd be hard put to find anyone who has ever been on the forums whose opinions differ from Sydney's more than those three... Until last night, the only people I've known Sydney to ban have been people who have deliberately broken the Forum Rules, who have abused other members, or who have spammed incessantly. He also gave adequate warning in every case.

Danny, listen...In the chat he openly admitted that if any one's opinions were against him, he saw no problem with banning them.

I am not making this up....I was there, as were a few others. None of you who weren't there can really comprehend what happened. I suppose the same could be said for pilot and abe babe, but they are the other authority figures here, and in my opinion, they did what needed to be done. Alcar was sort of there, so he has a fair amount of credibility on the matter.

Everything happened so quickly yesterday......i was doing one thing then it lead to another and finaly to what happened. i was there i saw what took place. And i was worried, not for myself but for another, as every boyfriend should be. i did play a role in what happened, but i dont wish to disscus it here. I will resine as being nutral in this indevor until it is sorted. but i will not leave. i made my friends here and i made my reputation here. And im staying. i just want everything to be ok, for all the members sake.

I was also one of the members who was banned from both Oddchat and the forums. I know that I was banned from Oddchat for just ****ing around. I have no problem with that, seeing as how I don't go there very often anyway. But in the last few days I was there, I was a relatively good person. People knew it was me, and I talked a little. What DID piss me off was I was banned from the forums because I openly admitted I didn't like the way Sydney ran things. I've never done anythng bad on the forums. I was a regular contributor, and had quite a few friends. I saw no reason why I should be banned from the forums. This to me was very, very wrong.

Pilot – Ermmm…he’s ok. Although did state that I never contributed to topics seriously, in which a lot of the other forumers, whom disliked me, said that was wrong and I did. He also tried to be sinister and failed…how shaming…

Conclusion...
It seems you all are taking it a little too seriously. Sure, it was a relativly bad thing...like i said, the word 'mutiny' springs to mind, but come, come. Saying stuff like 'You disgust me' and cursing them isn't going to help. If anything hasn't this little incident made the forums a little more interesting? I believe its boosted the exitement rating, mainly due to the fact that its taken a giant twist...
Upto now they have made no mistakes. I believe Mr.Donut was forgiven about his malicious comments about the 9/11 attacks. Abe Babe has done something less than that, as for Justin...i do not know what to say. He has lied about me in the past and thus i believe that he could lie now...infact, he has, by stating he has always been truthful. I do not believe they should be stripped of their powers. I just think they should be watched over...If they do start to be slanderous...ban them...rape them of their 'supremacy'. Thats what they would do to us, right?
If Disgruntled made a offensive remark then sure, thats bad, people have made offensive remarks here. They haven't been banned. If he questioned the way Sydney handled things...who cares? Its what makes us individuals. However, if Disgruntled got personal and truly nasty for a un-just cause then he should have been banned. Peoples views differ...get over it and stop making this to be such a big deal...when it really isn't.

Ah, I remember this. I had no idea it would turn into a huge topic like this. At 3 o clovk in the morning, I wasn't thinking very well. But now that I comprehend this, I see no other point for ever having demoted Sydney besides the banning of Morgan and Dave*cough*

Alcar, not to be nosey, I haven't really read this all to the last detail, but whats the "behind the scenes" stuff. I'm curious.

I also noticed it was after Sydney left all this happened. Actualy we weren't really told about anything before he left. Thats no defense. I'm not sure if any of the oddchat thing is going to be said, but it is sort of what the whole Sydney banning the foruers was or. Behind his back stuff.

I strongly hope whatever I knew about last night or my post doesn't offend anybody. I know I've talked to Sydney and hes a nice guy in oddchat, and I've talked to Alcar lots...

Also, just to once again think about it, Abe Babe does have the vB software and Pilot has the server. And even if Pilot is good as a moderator, a promotion to Super Moderator I feel is still favorism from Kristens part.

I guess I stand with Sydney now almost. I can see a slight point for Pilot/Alcar/Abe Babe, but seriously, I'm wondering why I thought this was a little deal last before. Tehehe!

We're all a little ignorant at one time or another. Your anger and spite should not be directed at me, but the truly evil people of our world.

I presume that nobody 'really' read what I wrote there... they just picked up the parts about Sydney.

Justin, the fact that you host Oddworld Forums on your server was never overlooked. I never knew that when accepting your offer, you would suddenly be given the right to throw me around as you see fit. If anyone is abusing their power here, it's you.

People aren't "flocking blindly" to me. They are finally seeing the extreme, absurd lengths you will go to in an effort to protect your obsession: Oddworld. Regardless of what your motives are here, it's clear that the overwhelming majority see this situation for what it is. You even admitted yourself that you were wrong, but try to justify it with long-winded, ambiguous responses that serve little purpose other than to self-glorify.

Don't try to tell people you have nothing but respect for me. That's a joke. If you had an ounce of respect for me you never would have attempted to embarress me in the way you did. You act as though you are an all-knowing, mysterious being watching over the forums, whose purpose is to point out the flaws in others while denying he has any of his own. The fact is that you do make mistakes, and do all you can to cover them up: Those who don't know, I had responded to Surfacing's post in the Odd Tour topic which asked me if I had the chance of meeting Justin and Kristen. I had explained that I was unable to meet them. Kristen and Justin had said they respected my decision. That didn't stop them from abusing the information they had found on the internet. They traced the whereabouts of my residency and their car slowly gurgled through my neighbourhood. They invaded my privacy and disrespected the decisions I'd made. The next day, my message had been deleted and they made me out to be the villain, as always, when they were obviously in the wrong.

Tell them what I've done? Alright. I founded these forums years ago with wonderful visions for the future. I made inexcusable misjudgements of character, and now I'm paying the price of trusting a group of decrepit schemers. You've proven to me that you have no respect for my position, nor for the hard work I've put into these forums over the years.

I do actually find this quite amusing. Imagine it now, Sydney sat eating some...erm...food. And then you hear a car slowly moving down the street, you look out of the window and see Justin and Abe Babe staring out of the window of their car and looking at the house, upon noticing somebody has realised they were there...they quickly speed off.

That'd be quite a good film, just add a couple of slaughtered bodies along the way and we have a blockbuster...

I had a feeling that post wasn't deleted by you Sydney. I also notice more now that it seems that they (Kristen and Justin) may think of themselves as better...? Or that they deserve it for the fact they may love Oddworld more? I have no problems with any of the things they like, and alhtouhg I'd think the're trying to meet you was in good intentions, I believe you said you requested they not visit.

And Justin, I can see if Sydney was at all upset about him not being known. I think I mentioned to Alcar once about how it seemed everyone seemingly wanted ask Kristen for help or information, and not the other admin that knew just as much.

Additionaly, I would like to second most of what Danny said. It seems sometimes your posts go offtrack with (more or less) imcromprehensible excuses. Please explain why you think Sydney is such a bad guy.

EDIT: Chris, as much as that may be poking fun at Sydney, Justin and Kristen its quite hilarious. I would like to see a movie like that...

The real reason I created Oddworld Forums were to compliment my site, Oddworldian. If you believe otherwise, you're a gossip whore. Nobody has any regard for the feelings of others? You're one to talk. You have no idea how much you three hurt me by creating this situation. The world isn't as bleak as you make it out to be, people aren't cold and callous like you in the real world, they are usually decent.

What are you talking about? I harbour ill feeling about *counts them* 5 members of the forums. If you are referring to the ill-feeling in this topic alone, then I think you will agree that it is perfectly understandable. And as for that stuff about the forums being like real life, that's rubbish. The forums is nothing like the real world. The real world contains things that matter. The forums only contain things that don't matter, and people who treat them as if they do. What exactly did Sydney do that was so evil?

Open your eyes and look at the REAL victims in this world. I can't believe how some people will think they have it so bad off that they are blind to the real pain and sufferring in the world. Look around you. You've got nothing on that.

You are not a bad person, just misunderstood like the rest of us. You've made mistakes, and so have I. Who do we think we are? some sort of super-humans who are always right and never mess up? We think we're better than each other? We are NOT! I'm going over board here. But nobody here can change what happened, so accept it. The only reason the Forums would be changed in any way is if people remain true to their nature and retain the negative feelings toward one another.

Danny, I said "more like the real world" and not "like the real world." I mean that in the sense that people hate one another, and that is the cause of problems.

Don't get me wrong. The world is a very beautiful place. That is the way I really see it, but nobody can deny anything I have said in the original announcement. That side does exist, and most choose to ignore it.
