Yea but drawings and cartoon of naked children of any kind IS illegal in USA... Not sure to what extent this law is enforced. But it's still friggin scary. To me at least.. Because I don't know how far these people will go to outlaw things that don't really have anything to do with real life humans.

There is no specific law that states this. However, the Protect Act's wording can be vague. There is nothing in the acts wording that says that the minor has to actually exist. This
could lead to prosecuting of this particular act.
The only person who was ever convicted of having drawn cp was also convicted of having not drawn cp at the same time. It wasn't a big deal since it was only one part of the over all evidence. If there ever was a case based solely on the drawn stuff, it would be a first amendment fiasco, the end result most likely being that the wording of the law would be amended to keep it from happening again.
