calls into question all number of assumptions made on the entire subject in general.
I don't personally 'believe' that a drunken state is divine, but look at how many indigenous cultures understand different drug-induced altered perceptions as being divine states which open them to the spirit world.
This is always up for argument naturally but in any case it is left up to 'belief' based largely on assumption made out of individual experience; rarely concrete fact or understanding.
