The Good, The Bad and The Odd. (Remembers the Simpsons "Paint your wagon" song)
At first glance Stranger's Wrath does look a lot different to previous Oddworld games.
However there is a lot of similarity in the nature of the story, the humor and the characters. The term 'outlawz' is a bit corny, but at the same time, I've seen a lot worse in terms of creativity prior to this. I prefer having more suitable characters depending on the environment, rather then just shoehorning in the Glukkons and Sligs. Sekto fits the villain's chair quite adequately and leaving out the industrial characters was a good way of trying to explore new surroundings and mechanics.
Stranger's Wrath was pretty much one of the best Xbox-exclusives, and it definitely feels like a perfect definition of a great game. I'm so surprised that there are so many ladies that play this game. Compare that to how many play Halo 3 / Gears of War
