AO-
Angelic Quarma (saving all muds)
Good Quarma
Bad Quarma
Black Quarma (killing all muds)

Is it possible to kill all the muds? Because in stockyard escape and the scrabanian temple, there are secrets where the muds have no possible danger placed upon them. They are in a room with nothing but a place to run. Oh, what happens in the Angelic and (if possible) Black Quarma?

I've read that when you get Angelic Quarma, you recieve an FMV player with a special trailer for Abe's Oddysee that was never released.
Black Quarma gets you infinite grenades in Return to Rupture Farms.

That's what i've read. I havn't done any of it myself.

I was refering to "endings" as the way to finish the game:
saving all the muds, saving more then half the muds, saving less then half the muds, and killing nearly all the muds

There are only 2 ending movies you are right, but there are bonuses when you finish the game with saving all the muds and killing nearly all the muds.

I normally don't beat the game without saving all the muds. If I miss a few, I reset the game and make sure to get them. I never had much of an interest in killing all of them, so I never really tried that.. However, the bonus for black quarma in AO sounds kinda lame..

On a related note; One time a few years back, i was playing AO, and got to the secret in Rupture Farms where you pull the ring hanging from the cieling and run through the trap door. You fall on a platform with a grenade machine and a sleeping slig underneath you. I finished the secret, and whent to get more grenades before i left through the bird portal. After i picked one up, I decided to press the button again for some reason, and another grenade fell -- even though the button wasnt glowing. I was really suprised, and whent to pick it up. When i did, an infinity symbol appeared above Abe's head(the sideways 8), and i heard the "loading" sound. Again, i was really suprised. I turned around and tried throwing a grenade, but my game froze.. and it's never happened since then.. =/

He told me you could only get one ending and then he said he got. If theres only one ending of coarse he got it.

Well, squeak, that doesn't exactly answer my question of wether it is possible to kill all the muds.

Well, I said I hadn't tried any of it. I think leaving them would count as killing them in some cases. Like when you first leave Rupture Farms, the sign says that 'If you leave, 28 Mudokuns on this level die'. I don't know if that counts as kills, though.

But, again, I haven't tried it. This is all mainly educated guesses.

to Xx_Abe_xX, you have to kill most of the muds, I think you can leave a few 1 or 2 alive, it should do the trick.

I see what you mean. But still.....NO ONE HAS TOLD ME WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS WHEN YOU SAVE OR KILL ALL MUDS!!!!! Could someone clear that up for me?

When you save all the muds on AO you get to see all the movies I think...
But if you kill all of the muds that you can, I think it just gives you the bad ending and you return to Rupture Farms II with unlimited grenades.
At least that's what I think...

Just to clear up, Angelic Quarma is saving all the Mudokuns. Black Quarma is killing all the Mudokuns.
That's on Abe's Oddysee.

No that's all I needed, squeak, thank you. I was just scrolling straight to the bottom message so I didn't read your message, I just skimmed it. Also, isn't the word quarma supossed to be karma? And also, everyone who is arguing, can't we all just get along? I mean, listen to the song "Why can't we be friends?" and drink some herbal tea to calm down. You guys just gotta chill.

But in other news, AO isn't the only game that you can't kill every Mudokon. In AE, there are a dozen Mudokons you must save to advance to the next tunnel. I dunno if this helped anyone, but I just didn't want to post saying Snuzi has a wild side...so...uh....yeah, that's about it.

And technically speaking, you can't really save every mudokon in AE either. There's always that one blind one that Abe tries to save in the FMV that dies

Ah yes, how could I forget! That blind Mud really does get himself squished. I think you should be able to see his dead body shrivel up, since he fell in the same area as you.

How do you know he didn't fall on the one the pipes, fall off that pipe, hit another pipe, and fall through a broken pipe (that squish sound you hear), and then he broken pipe tilts a little, and he falls onto the floor?

Because when he falls down, you hear a crunch at the end, suggesting that he fell to the ground, not off of various objects.

Ok I'll admit it. Without some people arguing, the site could get quite boring. And also, good find Xavier. I just thought that you had to murder every mudokon in the game to succeed at being evil. And also, I've just gotten AE March 2, so I'm not that far, so I wanna know, can you get grenades in AE?

Aww, c'mon pleeeeeeeaaaaassssse? I like grenades. They make large explosions. And also, Which AE has better graphics, the PC or the PSX?

Nah, I'm not gonna ruin it for ya!

Hm... That's a tough question, the PC can tend to be pixelly, but I think if you have a good enough graphics card, it should be okay.
But with the PS1 version, the graphics are basically the same on every console, unlike the PC.
