Yes, and that's what I'm saying. Techcology is the template for taking a new course of evolution. Evolution is basically creatures adapting to better suit the environment and that's what would be going on if 'techlepathy' were to be realized.

PV, I agree with Used. This would be a next step in evolution as it would be intelligent goal-oriented evolution.

POW: This is called techlepathy, hence by technology, not "Divine Providence".
