I'm pretty sure the conceptual image of Maggie in the Art Book shows her being carried by Kinto slaves. It actually mentions them being mutated... for some reason, and there is the main Kinto concept art on the opposite page.
Though because this image shows a fairly different Maggie to the crane-held one (which is significant because it was publicly released as Maggie), I guess we take it with a pinch of salt.
However, I thought the Glukkon she is glaring down on on the Crane picture is also Mullock

:
Well, the writing on that image does say Maggie is about to deal with Molluck.
Heheh, I was just about to note that I thought it was confirmed somewhere that that was indeed Mullock. Glad I'm not wrong.

:
Well, what about the Gabbit Lungs that she needs? We don't know if she will end up getting those.
I'm not so sure she needs Gabbit lungs - I think they were just a preference because of their weariness and amphibious nature (with what Maggie would do, I do not know).
At the end of MO, it said that she was put on Life Support. Theoretically, she could remain on Life Support to breathe for her for the rest of her days, though I'm sure it isn't her favourite way to live.

Do the Kintos pull her by their lip piercings/chains, or carry her on their backs?

There appears to be one Kinto to a leg, which is rested over their backs. There is a chain from the Kinto lip to the leg as well, though this has slack.
Well, they're what I assume to be Glukkon-Queen legs. They could be parts of that bowl-shaped chair she sits on.

Actually, I misunderstood Max. Of course he knows she is carried by Kintos. Those female-esque gloktigis certainly have the same eyes as Maggie.

Wow, thats neat. Shows how big Maggie really is. Pretty big, I'd say.
Is this bowl/chair you are talking about, in the Art Book?

The Kinto's chains are to keep them under control and stop them running away, rather than to pull the sedan chair.

Ah... well now that that's cleared up XD. Don't assume everyone has the book, the thing is freaking expensive XD.

What is the Sedan Chair? Is it the thing that they pull Maggie around in?

When I was watching the Oddworld DVD it mentioned the Eugue (sp?) Estate, is that where Queen Margaret lives or is it a courthouse?

The Uguay Estate, or Uguaya State. It's sounds like the country Uraguay to my ears, so I spell it thusly. I don't think anybody can figure out what it is. The Newscaster Slig mentions it as though it's a separate industrial family from the Magog Cartel, yet it clearly has some relation to Lady Margaret, as that's where both Nolybab and her courthouse are.

Maggie's sedan chair is open-topped. Essentially it's just a big dish she sits in.

I only assumed because I thought you were talking about an image in it.

What exactly is Nolybab?

And off topic, was starnger's wrath set in the past? Like in the alchemy age?

Nobody knows exactly. We were first told simply that Molluck was born in Nolybab - The Hall of Larvae, suggesting it's just where Maggie gives birth. However, since it also has a courthouse, one could postulate it's the name of Margaret's state residence or home.

Stranger's Wrath takes place in the immediate future after Munch's Oddysee.

Idea Number 3

:
3: She is attached to a pole/crane like thing. How does she get arround? There must be a way for Maggie to have transportation. She can't sit in that same place her whole life. Does the crane rotate or something?
If necesary, i suppose she could curl her... er... tail... up and give birth on the platform... although I believe It would have to be an over-head track system such as the hanging trains in AE...
But anyway... as others have said... it is just a concept picture...
I believe she would more likely be like in the other concept picture; carried by Kinto slaves.

Oh god, you're back? *vommits*

The crane IS her transportation, or so I've heard. I transports her from the variuos rooms in her estate.

I don't think that she uses the Crane as often as she has the Kinto Slaves cary her around. I think the Crane is more of a still kind of thing. For like something like giving birth or Important Meetings, you know. I'd imagine that she normally uses Kintos for getting around.

I'd say that the crane gets her around Nolybab, from the throne room to the birthing room whilst the Kintos are more for outdoors transportation. Or, alternatively, perhaps it just picks her up off her sedan chair and gets her in position to yell at some executives.
