Chapter 23 the end!
Abe and Blarg were taken to the fortress chamber to confront Molluck the Glukken. At the same time Alf and Sling arrived in the old Vykkers Lab on the beach of Dark Island. When Blarg and Abe were in the chamber Molluck slowly walked out of the shadow and started to talk.
"So we meet for the first time Blarg." "Yes I know who you are." "And you Abe." "It's nice to see a familar face with the most important being of Oddworld." "You can't do anything Abe this time around." "Things are different." "You will be my number one drone Abe." "Oh don't worry eventually your friends will join you." "As for you Blarg." Lets just say one life is not really important." haha! "Molluck I can't believe you are alive." "How?" Explaned Abe
"I never thought you would ask." "When you shocked me with that annoying Big face back in Rupture Farms I was merely knocked out cold." "Yes Abe I survived all this time." "You dident know, the elders of your insignificant tribes dident know, and not even my lovely queen Margret knew." "It was perfect." "It was perfect because I manage to make enough moolah for my lovely creation." "Of coarse I knew about Blarg a long time ago and he dident even know." Haha! So as you can see the beautiful machine in the center of this chamber is just for you Abe and of coarse you my dear Blarg and the rest of this insignificant rock we live on called Oddworld." "Soon with Blargs life energy pulled out of him, you all will be my drones of nothing more than insignificant freakes of nature." "Same goes for Maggie and the rest of the Magog." "You see those tubes out in the hall?" You see the tube with your name on it Abe?" "Look down below and that is your future my dear Abe." Haha! "You evil slime Molluck." "I am going to destroy you." Said Abe.
"It is too late for that Abe." "Enjoy your last miniutes of freedom." Hahahahaha! Then the sligs grabed Blarg and took him to the weapon and put him inside. After Blarg was straped inside Harry ordered his Interns to turn the weapon on. Then Molluck ordered his sligs to tie Abe down. Abe could not chant or do anything because there was chant surpressors everywhere.
The weapon began to shoot out a massive red beam of light. You could here the sound of Blarg yelling in pain. As the yelling and screming was getting worse the conditions of Oddworld was changeing drastically because Blarg was getting weaker and weaker.
On the beach the creatures and our heros began to collapes as if a nucular bomb went off. Alf and Sling were ducked under an old surgical table when Blargs Lost profacy orb teleported sling and Alf inside itself. Molluck hid himself inside a staisis pod so he won't get effected by the conditions and the beam.
All over Oddworld the conditions were getting extremely bad. The skies grew dark and filled with nothing but a vacume. Margret and the rest of the Magog collapsed just like the creatures on the beach of Dark Island. Soon all of Oddworld was effected.
Then suddenly the screams of Blarg came to a deathly silence. Then Blarg was dead. The rest of Oddworld was dead except Molluck. Darkness covered the skies of Oddworld and death was everywhere.
Then suddenly the weapon took the life energy force that was sucked out of Blarg and rained down on all the creatures all over Oddworld. Life started to come back to the races but each creature was becomeing mutated just like Molluck said what would happen.
The lost profacy orb teleported all the heros inside itself to sustain them from the effects of the beam. Then the orb hovered to the weapon and began to circle Blargs body. Suddenly it flew into Blargs body and began to transform him. The five heros of Oddworld Abe, Munch, Squeek, Nod, and Sling were then teleported out of the orb Along with Alf.
"Look its Blarg hes glowing!" "Hes transforming." Then Blarg awaikened from death and began to hover. But Molluck saw this happening and ordered a bunch of his deformed sligs to shoot them.
Blarg now was the most powerful creature on Oddworld. He took his power and destroyed the weapon and transformed all the creatures of Oddworld in a matter of Minuites and teleported them off the Island. Even the Magog was transforming back to normal. But the sligs managed to grab Abe.
The rest of the heros were then teleported out of there because the island was about to Blow up.
Abe was struggeling with the sligs and managed to free himself.
"Abe hurry the Island will be destroyed." But Abe did not hear and was running like hell. Then the endible happened the Island blew in a vast explosion. Everything living on it was killed.
"Nooooooo!" screamed Alf. "It's not possible!" "Blarg, Abe!" "No"
Suddenly Blarg flew to the coast carrying Abes body with him. For the rest of the heros were there whatching in disbelief. The explosion was quick but Oddworld was spared because of Blarg. Unfortainitly not everyone survived. Abe died instantly in the blast. Not even Blarg could save him now.
"Abe no it can't be!" Cried Alf.
Two days have passed since the destruction of Dark Island and the death of Abe. All races were at peace even the industrialists. For the first time on Oddworld all races were living peacefully with each other. The war of the land was over. It was the horroic deeds of the five heros and especially Abe that helped Blarg bring an end to this war of the land and fulfill his destany. But Blarg had one more mission to fulfill.
Back in the Mudokin village all of the muds were celebrating victory. They even errected a statue of Abe to honor the dead. Alf lied there woundering why he wasant there to help Abe when he needed it.
"Don't cry my dear Alf." "You should be proud of Abe for what he has done." "He helped fulfill my destany." "Yes it is sad to see him go but he will alweys be with you Alf." "You see he told me to tell you that he is your long lost brother." "You now hold the lagacy of Abe." Your Mudokin brothers will honor you for who you are." "Thankyou for giving me my life back and saveing me from the depression of loseing my Lost Profacy." "I am one with Oddworld and the cold cluches of evil will never come upon the land again." "You are the traveler, the deliver of my Lost Profacy." Without you, Oddworld would be gone." "Thankyou for your deed and your heroisim." "Buy Blarg." "Will I ever see you again?" "Just look at the land and you will see me."
Then as the sun set Blarg flew off into the deasert back to the cave home in which he lived. Oddworld was free of evil and the sadistic magog was no more.
