I have trouble falling asleep too. I usually just can't lay still, and move alot in bed. I never find a comfort posotion, and i usually begin to feel to warm and begin to sweat. It's so annoying. Once i couldn't fall asleep for 4 hours. I was just laying there spinning around, looking for a good position. I even started to cry a bit...

God it's a annoying...

Anyway, the best way i fall asleep in, is when i read a book. Doesn't really matter which one, though, it shouldn't be an exciting one, cuz then you'll never be able to put it down.

Nothing cures it. That sleep balm crap don't work. Neither does lavender, damnit. I find myself constantly turning for a better position, too. It sux0rz majorly. I haven't really found a cure. Just sometimes you sleep, mostly you don't. Mabye once a month.

If you've got homework- do it. If you've got a games console in your room- play it. Do something that requires thought. It will make you less tired. Well, it make me less tired.
