I noticed... I was a little disappointed at first... but that quickly faded. I didn't buy the game for perfect shadows... I bought it for the characters, the gameplay, the cutscenes, and most importantly, the story.
but yeah, a little annoying.

Actually, you could use those to your advantage sometimes. Let's say you're hiding under a platform that an enemy is on and you want to pull a quick "peek-a-boo" type surprise for him. Just watch for the shadow to go near the edge of the platform, come out and shoot him dead!
Other than that, seeing a shadow of a fuzzle and finding out it was on the second floor of a building that I wasn't even in was kind of annoying, yes. I've come to accept it though, all good games have their faults
