I'll admit, that if I was a moderator, I would probably remain a lot more neutral in arguments, like you said. I'd definately mellow out a lot.

I could probably do more with enforcing against personal attacks in arguments. Admittidly, I've been slacking. 2 weeks of awayness threw me out of my groove.

I was leaning towards Luke (Searex) or Oddguy. But Mac or Hobo could also fill the spot, seeing as their both former mods who can handle tasks.

Yeah I'd say Oddguy would probably do a bit better in GD, due to his likingness of Oddworld. Searex is a good choice there. Still I'm a bit miffed that you didn't list me as a candidate, I'd love an OT moderator spot.

But seriously, I would support Oddguy, SeaRex or Mac The Janitor. Sorry but I don't really know Ferril and I'm still undecided on you codek. And I would like to put my hand up the running myself as well. Though I'm not too sure if said running exists yet. So IF there is a running, I would like to be all the way up it.

I'd love to moderate the Off-Topic Discussion, as it is where I spend the bulk of my time/have the most experience in modding at other forums. I wouldn't really mind modding the NOA&L, but I think there are much more eligible members than me for that job *cough*SEAREX*cough*.

I don't think I would... I'd take things seriously... I certainly wouldn't get involved in poster bashing like some OT mods (DI!

I'd initiate debate indepth and light and I'd also like to open the thread up to advice and help.... I have no one on PM ignore!!!! (I am actually a qualified child/youth counsellor... part of my teaching qualification... didn't want to mention that at first)

Although I don't mind spam too much I would only stop what i think was really ruining a thread or anything that is malicious... especially malicious... alot of posters here like to throw in one line "funny" put downs with out the aid of smilies.. such posts can be interpreted an sincere and agressive.

You may not think of me as any good but I would encourage you and everyone else to read some of my posts concerning life problems... giving honest open mature help on topics such as alcohol, drugs, sex and death... surely this is worthy?

Sorry Joshy, yeah you would make a really good mod. Especially with being so close to Alcar and whatnot. Your judgement isn't the best in the world, and I think maybe you could probably be a bit more fair and give things more of a chance, but other than that, you'd pretty much rock.
