The system is designed to be based on more than just rep. It also factors in the time you've been here and post count.

I'm not sure if you understood my point: I'm basically saying that I'm avoiding to write posts like "Yeah, I agree with *person_here*" or other that aren't strictly considered "spamming" (and so nobody negreps them) but, let's be honest, nobody gives a damn about.
