It was a rainy night when Maruta first came to the mudokon village. Cold, tired, and in need of medical attention, she started to limp to the nearest infirmary. On his way home after finishing the last rounds of his watch, Saul noticed the young mudokon queen in need of aid, and helped get her to Bruno's infirmary.

I'm a member of Oddtumblr, which is a group of tumblr users who roleplay, make ask blogs, and fanart of fan character and canon characters. There are quiet a few female mudokons who don't look really much like Sam. It's most likely because they didn't know about Sam until much later. As a result the queen/female are much more bipedal than what they probably would in canon. I decided to make Maruta as some sort of trend of both Oddtumblr and my female OCs (strong, young women who are raised by criminals before turning over a new leaf after being changed scientifically).

That was unintentional. The male blacksmiths were styled after Japanese blacksmiths. Although that is pretty cool. Piccolo is so awesome.

Yeah, I still need to work on proportions. At least it's nothing like my pre X-Men Evolution fanart. (I still cringe when I look at my old galleries, going "That's not proper anatomy!)
