Anywho, I think Earth in it's own case should get it's own flag. I remember an article I read on Wikipedia about a treaty that all space-faring countries had signed which indicates no country may own the moon, other planets or their respective satellites. Anything claimed by one country belongs to humanity as a whole.

I quite like this one.
