They don't have to be source models to be able to use them in GMod, I think. I've seen models ripped from an emulated Super Smash Brothers: Brawl. If they can get them from that, they'll be able to get them from Munch's Oddysee and Stranger's Wrath.

You can't just turn "3 down. 1 to go." in to "75% done"; AO and AE didn't need near as much work to get ready as MO and SW. I would call it more like 'Potentially approaching half done, maybe"

I think the idea behind his post was a general lack of satisfaction at this news since everything is being pushed forward, on a plus side thoug we know oddworld isn't as dead as we expected, perhaps the cash from this will fund future developments?

Also, proofread your posts. You never do. I've been annoyed for a while, and have decided to start mentioning it. It's not like you're retarded, it's just you're careless. Though was missing a "h", is it really that hard to go back and change it?

Also, on a more pedantic note, "on the plus side,(-though)" would have been nicer, but this doesn't bother me as much.

"Find the condemned RuptureFarms door in the FeeCo Depot lobby"... certainly that one is extreally easy, seeing as you can't finish the game without passing through that screen.

Plenty of games have acheivements that are simply markers at certain points of the game. The equivalent for AO would be
  • Escape from Rupturefarms
  • Traverse Stockyards
  • Experience Monsaic Lines
  • Venture through Paramonia
  • Relight all of the Paramonian Temple
  • etc

Just walking past a certain background element would be fairly pointless though.


I suspect that the acheivements will probably also relate to number of muds rescued/killed and finding secret areas.
