It's already below 1024kb, on TOGG it's 46KB. What exactly do you want done with it? I'm confused.

AAAAAHHH! look how big my new signature is! could someone shrink it down to the appropriate size? I try to shrink it when I edit my sig , but it pops back to normal size.

The image is already under 1024KB. There's no point making the file size bigger, since the quality os already the best you're going to get.

No... The banner was too big... As it was bigger than 400x120 pixels or whatever the limit is...
