Yeah, American Gods really was the best fantasy novel I have ever read.

Onto Animal Farm now!

Finished Animal Farm in a night, I can´t believe it took me so long to get to it considering what a work of sheer and utter brilliance it is (Although I didn´t get some of the more subtle connections (Moses, Jones, the neighboring farms, Boxer, Major, Napolean and Snowball I got, most of the rest I didn´t and I´d like to have known what Benjamin was supposed to be).

Back to reading Ulysses now then.

I'm reading The Lovely Bones under recommendation of a friend.

Gee, thanks for telling me the main character is a 14 year old girl, Jordan, I totally didn't get weird looks because of that.

It's written really irritatingly. These big ass paragraphs describing shit that seems like filler. I hope I lost it, I don't really care that much.

I'm currently reading the Sword of Truth novels by Terry Goodkind, I've already read them before its just that the series Legend of the Seeker has recently been aired for UK viewrs so I decided to re-read them, very interesting books.

By the way, the series really doesn't follow the books which kinda confuses me sometimes.
I EXPECT MOAR ACCURATE CANON.

Reading a Russian language book. Because, ja, I want to be able to speak it and write shit in cyrillic. So far the only words I've managed to learn are 'Yes', 'No', 'Petrol', 'Party' and 'Blowjob', because I've been lazy.

I read a graphic novel adaptation of Franz Kafka's "The Metamorphosis" it was pretty depressing. I have to read "Brokeback Mountain" for class I'm probably going to be reading it at work or something err too busy to enjoy books...

Kimon: It was El-ahrairah who came to Hazel at the end of the novel, agree or disagree?

To be honest I didn't even consider it. But that would definitely make sense... hah, goes to show how concerned I am with literary analysis.

I just read 557 chapters of One Piece.

S'good, I love how the author disguises oppression and censorship behind a funny pirate story.
