I agree. The Greeter is annoying. Also, can you add some permanant warp points to the most common locations? The Slig Barracks, The Fuzzle Room, etc. As for the shooting thing, you should only be able to shoot someone once (per minute). So we don't get spam.

I'd say warp points and shooting only once per minute would be pretty rubbish. They would both make any shooting games pretty undoable, plus you have legs! You can walk easily from place to place, particularly by rapidly pressing the arrowkeys, not holding them.

I find it pretty difficult to walk from place to place. It just seems a bit big that's all.

You can learn fairly quickly. And, you know, there's always the fun of discovering the secret areas.

If you added teleports it would totally kill the realism.

(Oh, and I'm on the dream right now if anyone wants to come on; it's pretty dull right now...)

Brief downtime this morning because I had to shut my laptop last night. It doesn't stay connected to the internet when that happens, and the dream ended up going down due to emptiness. It's back now.

I took the opportunity to fix that glitch where using that back hallway of the trainstation to get to the wilderness would get you stuck. The numbers were quite magnificently screwed up. Actually, I haven't re-tested it...

I stayed around for as long as my laptop would last...well, I snoozed at 3am but was still logged in, offical laptop freeze at between 4 and 5am GMT. I tried to stay around but the laptop is very prone to freezing. I'll be around today for as long as it decides to last

The fact that it's situated on a default-ily furry game can be off-putting to some, but please overlook it. I see it as a very customizable little program with low requirements that is accessible to anyone with any computer, and that's what I used it for.

I'm normally around after 8pm GMT, but it can vary, since it's the holidays now I may be on during the day more.

If things stay as usual then when I am able to use Furcadia it would probably be at:
11am - 2pm GMT
4pm - 7/8pm GMT

Although it depends on whether the mythical mobile version is ever released.

It does depend. I can be found at any time gone 4pm GMT but usually later than 8pm GMT. Any time after that...depends on whether I am awake or whether my laptop co-operates

Shooting is an issue that needs to be re-considered. I'm unfamiliar with the the scripting, but something must be possible.

This really pissed me off. That was Mars doing all of the shooting except for the person I took revenge on earlier. They continued well off the page, and I could have provided 3 images of the shootings list.

I hate spam shooting. It's abused by trolls. Mars, you're already quite disliked on here, why make it even worse for yourself?

I agree, mass shootings may reflect real Oddworld life, but they do not equate for a fun chatroom experience. Perhaps you can;

1) hide the 'X has shot Y' dialog
2) only allow someone to shoot every 1 minute
3) have a toggle which allows people to shoot (which also toggles god mode off)

Seriously though; going onto a social based game and getting shot all the time can't be fun. That's what COD and Battlefield are for

. Imagine you where immortal, got shot in the face, died, got back up, got shot in the face... Not fun.

The mobile version is apparently Iphone only and won't be free (possibly) so I won't be able to come on for a while

The "*blah* *blah* has been shot!" looks like it could be annoying.
