I just think the scan is bad quality. The color looks off and such, I rather wait and see the real picture, or see what is going to be shown at E3. :-)

I've gone to a GameStop store, and they have a Halo 2 promo case stuck to the wall. It looks different from the pic.

i'm betting a "bomber" version of the banshee, similar to the human Longsword fighters.

yup, thats fake too. I think all covers we see should be thought as as fake untill bungie release an official one.

I dunno if it was fake, it was probably just a placeholder until the real cover is released. But it looked good. I was actually able to pick it up off the wall and hold it in my hands. The front looked like what I just posted, but the back was white and it said, "Promo Cover. Not For Resale." Someting to that effect.

remember those guys who made the Halo armour? well look at the tour they got of bungie studios.

Some of the music in Halo sounds like something you would use in one of those old timy war films, where there is this really calm music playing while the good guys are being bombarded by tanks or something. My friend worked out how to play one of the themes from halo 2.

Some of those shots are so bloody cool. Other aren't too hot. But I think many of those are pretty old. Wonder what the game will look like... Masterchief doing a super melee combo and then shoots two grunts in the head at point blank. hehe

I am saddened that this is not 56K friendly.

Remember when Xbox was first released? I remember one of their features they were promoting was that the Xbox was going to be upgrade-able. What ever happened to that idea? Is Xbox 2 just someting that will be added to the original Xbox?
