It is good, but the fad is funny because it's annoying. I'm not a brony myself, it's just funny how angry people can get over a web series just because there's a character from it in an avatar.
Also, I think it's lasted a little too long to be called a fad.

You know, this kind of reminds me of a forum I used to be a member of; where the Mods were the ones who were slaves to trends.
