Here's something I've never understood, why people seemed to moan about the ambience music used in the Playstation and Saturn ports of Doom. Yes, the original music of Doom was great, but I find the ambience used for the Playstation and Saturn completely alters the atmosphere of the game from being this faced paced exciting shooter to a very scary game you want to take slow (Yes Doom scares me), it is truly amazing, and here are two of my favorite tracks from it.
But hey, I can understand hardcore Doom fans wanting the original soundtrack, would have been nice if the ports had the option to change between the music and ambience.
