I'm just tired of this topic. Like most people with my attention span, I have become irritated by this useless spam.

Let me just go out and say it, so I won't be flashing smoke and mirrors.

I'm sick of making signatures for people. I don't know why, and I've tried to cope with it, but it's not working. So if someone else wants to take over, I don't care. I'm just through.

I always figured they were related. If they are the same person, he's done a very conscientious job at ensuring that IP addresses were different and consistent.

It's possible to have different IP addresses as the following quote states.

We ban by IP address. However, some people, particularly those on dial up, have what are known as dynamic IPs, meaning that they could change every time they connect to the internet. Those people are more difficult to keep banned because if they don't get that they're banned in the first place, they continue to post because the new IP isn't blocked.

That's why I said different and consistent; i.e. different service providers and not a huge number of IP addresses each.
