Hmmm, personally I never want Oddworld to end. I don't know if oddworld will expand the quintology, that's why they make bonus games like Stranger to expand the range of Oddworld games.

Good point but putting a limit on the amount of games is unfair they are changing gamming as we know it and they are only making 5 main games its distressing.

Esus, where did you hear there are two more quintologies in the concept phase? I haven't heard anything like this myself, but that's not to say it doesn't exist.

I'm sure I did actually read it though, it's just I'm prone to having a bad memory for as to where I get information...

Answering SS's question, I would imagine it's a long sounding 'a', as the word 'caste' is pronounced in English. Either way it sounds like 'The Castrator', just this way it's a bit more subtle.

Dodger, can't notice anything wrong with this topic, but there's no need for an extended Quintology. Lorne has fully mapped the story of the Quintology, through all five heroes, and inserting another one in would just be tricky. But as SS says, there are many other Oddworld games to enjoy: the Stranger series (should other games be made), the Habitales and Fearietales (should they ever re-emerge from the woodwork), plus the many bonus games of the heroes.

It was in the manual for Abe's Exoddus - just not the manual I got, and apparently, not the manual most people got. I think Abe Babe got one of the special ones, though.

Oooh, just checked and I have a manual with it in. It's on Page 26 of my PC manual. It basically says exactly what Alcar quoted with a line at the front and end introducing it..

Yes, but I doubt they would have the special manual. Even if I won a bid for an AE with my fingers crossed, I'd probly just get the normal manual which I already have.

To be perfectly honest with you, I got my manual (which includes the page) from Ebay just last week.

(wanted the pc version and only had the ps version...)
