The slig´s wachtowers

What do you think about the slig´s wachtowers seen in the earlier M.O. videos?. Wach the glukkon´s factories?, are they in a frontier ? or what...What do you think is your purpose?

We also see some Mudokon watchtowers in some of the pictures.

These towers seem a lot larger than towers that are just watchtowers. If you look at the Slig Toss video... there seems to be machinery, etc in the tower.

They also are different to the watchtowers that we have seen in background of Slig Barracks.

mabye they are processing factorys. and perhaps they are high because the glukkons do not want anybody destroying them.

I think they are wachtowers because:

1. The machinary (I think) is to make electric energy for the great light of outside the wathtower, ( the mudokon run like a hamster to transform or store energy for the tower´s work)

2. in added the slig run up to a kind of gramophon... to give a alarm?

For me perhamps they are wath a great glukkon facility acces or better... the sligs are in the frontier with the wild territories of Oddworld ( perhaps one reserve entrance)

I think we are thinking of two kinds of watch towers here. Some are thinking of the tower abe throws the slig off in the "slig toss two video" and the one in which the slig sounds the alarm. I think the person who started this post meant the "alarm" towers, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes Osiris... I refer to the "slig alarm (in the videos the name is "camera movement") not "the slig toss"

Ooops!!! I think I was the one that got the towers mixed up in the first place.

The slig alarm towers do seem more like guard towers to me... like a place that is being protected from something. Although the scenery seems very desolate and a place that nothing would be at. Then again, maybe perfect for a factory. It would explain why the meetles are attacking... they'd have to attack something. Other than that it could be some kind of telecommunications tower (noting the equipment on the upper side of it).
