i agree that they are oddworld sheep. they are wooly, and that might be a young one. the name also sounds like sheep, and that's the kind of connection i expect eg. fleeches=leeches etc.

in fact, i already said that back in the old forums, but no-one saw it due to the move.

I think their wool is used for clothing, then they're ground into delicious snacks.

What are hackysacks? Anyway, all those ideas seem to work...food, clothing, eye replacements, smile replacements...oh sorry.

They don't actually seem too wooly to me. They seem more carpetted, like really-worn-down carpetting. Maybe I've just been lying down close to the floor too much.

Why shouldn't that leg support it? How do you think Slogs or Greeters stay upright (answers would be greatly recieved)?

Slogs stay balanced because they're probably leaning back or something. And Greeters stay balanced because of artistic license

I dont think it has wool...it looks like a little shell like Meetles have. I could be wrong though.

It looks more like a shell than wool, It must have to work hard to balance with just one puny leg.

Lot's of creatures have one leg on Oddworld, probably for the same rason lots of Earth creatures have four legs - evolution forks out, and it just happens that Gabbits, Meeps and Rats are more closely related than you'd think just by looking at them.

Well, okay, it's an example.

Many creatures in Oddworld have one leg? Do they? Munch's is a Flipper so the only other creature I can think of is a Meep unless a rat or some other lesser known creature also has one leg.

No rettick, there is only one very small picture of a rat that has been released. But it looks cool, and in the CG chat, the people from OI said they were really cool.

Meeps

Maybe they are experimented on with the following result:

Vykkers cut them on the back, so it can be shoved over a head (sort of hat). Why is this good?

1. The Wool can ceep a Glukkons head warm, so it has the optimal thinking temperature.
2. The Eye comes over the tiny eyes of the Vykkers, so they can see better.
3. Since it has one leg, it also fits Mudokon-hair (and we all know mudokon like weird hats)
