If I worked for JAW, I would investigate whether there was a way to identify a player by his/her Steam user ID, then change the LED screens to custom, obscene messages.

Yeah lately there have been zombie games that use your steam/facebook ID to give you messages like "You just killed (X) with a shotgun!". or "(X) lost a limb while trying to get supplies" etc. I'm sure the JAW team could do something creative. Can't wait to find out what the achievements will be like.

What about some references to Oddworld creatures or places that didn't make the cut in other games? You could have a lab/kitchen in Rupture Farms with a bunch of species they're trying out for new products, like a sea rex in a big water tank.

That would certainly spice my gameplay up a lot. I can only imagine.
