No, that was Paul's animation engine that he considered developing into a game (I think) before he make the level editor work. Noone has access to the ALIVE engine anymore.

It was just a test using SDL or Allegro (I forgot). I have considered making my own version of ALIVE or an open source one. But I have no plans for this at the moment, not at least until I've completed the editor for the current games.
