FeeCo Depot Safegame Mixup

While playing AE on Steam I noticed some sort of weird glitch. I started a new game and played until right after Bonewerkz. Then I noticed I forgot a few muds so I started over but when I got back to the FeeCo Depot the Bonewerkz door was closed and its gate to the Brewery was open.

The game thought it had already been completed, maybe because there is another savegame in the folder where Bonewerkz was already completed or something.

Anyone else notice this glitch before?

How is it dangerous? Mostly anoying.

I've think i've heard of that glitch before. Did you go back to a save file which had you just starting Feeco or did you press restart?

Also you should be glad you even have save files, I've recently lost all my data which puts my Let's Play on hold yet again.
