It seems like they never ever die...the sligs just keep on regenerating and I always have 14 security personnel to kill. I keep killing and they keep regenerating.
Trust me, they die eventually. Just stay away from the sligs and shoot. It also helps if you know how to retreat while shooting with a big bro. You could also just try standing next to a slig pipe and shooting them there.
