Hey guys, need a little help on this one! followed all the instructions.. (yes, all 4 insanely hard instructions..

) But when I press download, it asks me to input the numeric code as usual and I do so, then screen just sits there. Nothing! I've tried in Chrome, IE and Firefox and I get the same result, any help would be much appreciated!

That's a known problem that Paul's hoping to fix at some point. It works on my laptop but not my desktop.

Your download site works for firefox now. I can remove Google Chrome.

I never had any problems with it in the first place. Were you using firefox 3.5 or 4.0?
